Who Am I?

Hello! My name is Trevor Bragg, and I am a Realtor here in the Phoenix area who specializes in working with people find the right retirement community for them! I have spent years learning and working inside the different resort style communities to be able to inform my clients which community will be best for them. A majority of my clients are from out of state with little knowledge of the area other than they know it is nice and sunny here! I make sure they visit and know about all the communities that would fit their needs.

With over 30 different 55+ communities and many more great options for retirement, it is difficult for someone to know which one will fit them best. That is what I am here for! I have also created a comprehensive Youtube channel with a video tour and breakdown of a majority of the different community options. Here is a little more about my background to get to know me:

I am originally from California (yes, I know...), but since moving to Arizona, my wife and I have had zero thoughts of moving back. We have loved the sunshine state, the amazing people we have met, and the life that our kids get to have here. We have two kids - Tyler and Everly - who are the best part of our lives. They keep us busy, but they also keep us smiling. We are also involved with our church and love the Lord above all else!

I myself played basketball at Arizona Christian which is what first brought me to Arizona. The people I met and the lifestyle that Arizona offers kept me around. Since living here for 10+ years now, we are constantly entertained with new things to do, new restaurants to try, and unlimited outdoor activities. We love going up to Sedona and Flagstaff a few times a year to hike, ski, and enjoy some cooler weather!
