Victory at Verrado has a stunning facility that is perched on top of a hillside overlooking the golf course, the community, and you can even see downtown Phoenix from there. The amenities include 3 separate pools for fun or relaxation, and an impressive lap pool that is heated and cooled depending on the season. They have 18 pickleball courts (a big deal here), an upscale fitness center with fitness classrooms, and a spa on site. There is also a restaurant open to the public next to the clubhouse which is a popular meeting spot for residents and community events.

At Sun City Festival, the Sage Center serves as the heart of community life and offers a well-rounded collection of amenities designed for active adults. Residents enjoy a modern fitness center, indoor walking track, resort-style swimming pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, and meeting rooms for clubs and community events. There are also hobby spaces, arts and crafts rooms, and outdoor gathering areas where neighbors regularly meet throughout the year. The pool itself may be the most stunning I have seen in Arizona. It has a luxury feel as if you were at a 5 star beach resort. 

My personal favorite thing about the community is the extremely organized and detailed art studio. It has a massive woodworking shop with every tool you could imagine, a dedicated ceramics studio equipped with anything you need, and other art rooms that are constantly in use. The chartered clubs is a huge highlight to Sun City Festival.

The private Encanterra Country Club offers multiple resort-style swimming pools, fitness centers, movement studios, pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, full-service spa facilities, indoor and outdoor dining, event spaces, wine tasting opportunities, and beautifully landscaped gathering areas throughout the property.

Residents also enjoy one of the most active social calendars in Arizona. Fitness classes, cooking demonstrations, concerts, educational seminars, clubs, travel groups, holiday celebrations, and community events fill the calendar throughout the year. One of the things buyers often notice is that the amenities don't simply look impressive—they're heavily used. The community has built a reputation for creating an engaging lifestyle where residents genuinely participate and build lasting friendships.

There are two clubhouses in the community. One which is the massive center attached to the golf course with a majority of the amenities mentioned above, but there is also a second clubhouse that is strictly for 55+ residents. Children are allowed at the main pool connected to the golf course, but the second clubhouse does not allow children.

Life at Trilogy at Verde River centers around the Verde River Golf & Social Club, where residents gather to stay active, meet neighbors, and enjoy the community's resort-style atmosphere. The clubhouse includes a modern fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, spa, pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, movement studios, and beautifully designed indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. There is also a stunning restaurant on site with great food and amazing views on the patio seating overlooking the golf course and mountain views. 

The community also offers clubs, educational programs, wine events, concerts, fitness classes, and organized activities throughout the year.

PebbleCreek is often recognized for having one of the most complete amenity packages of any 55+ community in Arizona. There are two main clubhouses as mentioned - the Tuscany and the Eagles Nest.

Tuscany Clubhouse: This is the larger, more impressive, and newer clubhouse of the two. It boasts an indoor lap pool, outdoor resort style pool, outdoor lap pool, separate building for fitness classes, weight room and cardio room, woodworking shop, art studio, library, indoor theatre for conerts and performances, a full scale restaurant, two golf courses, and an abundant 20 pickleball courts. There are still 16 other pickleball courts throughout the community for a total of 36! That is the most of any community in Arizona, and PebbleCreek is not close to the largest population, so you can see the popularity for Pickleball there!

Eagles Nest Clubhouse: This clubhouse has a grand feel with tall ceilings when you walk in. It also has a full-scale restaraunt and clubhouse, a fitness center, outdoor resort pool and lap pool, a large banquet hall, a library, and classsrooms for clubs to meet in.

One of the reasons so many buyers stay engaged after moving here is the incredible variety of activities available.
