Sun City Grand is located in Surprise, just north of Bell Road and west of Loop 303. The location offers an excellent combination of convenience and a quieter suburban atmosphere. Daily errands are simple thanks to nearby grocery stores, Costco, Sam's Club, Sprouts, Walmart, pharmacies, banks, and countless restaurants. The Village at Prasada continues to expand with new shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making the area even more attractive for retirees.

Residents are also close to Surprise Stadium, home to the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers during spring training, as well as numerous parks, golf courses, and outdoor recreation opportunities throughout the Northwest Valley.

The 'smaller' (still very large) clubhouse in the Cimmarron hosts all the pickleball courts which are extremely well organized. They have a TV screen showing what each court is designated for such as league play, open play, and the open play is separated by skill level I.E. the beginners play on court 5 and the 4.0 rated players on court 6. This is easily the most organized pickleball program I have seen in any 55+ community in Arizona!

The courses are surprisingly good for the price you pay as a resident with unique designs and multiple island greens.

The courses are beautifully maintained and contribute significantly to the community's attractive appearance, even for homeowners who rarely play.
