Community Overview

Located in North Peoria, this is one of my

personal favorite communities due to how

lush and green the community is. It has tree

lined streets with real grass in all the

common areas. This guard gated community

has two high end clubhouses with resort

style pools, and plenty of activities/clubs to

be a part of.

This community has 1 golf course

right outside the gates, and it is a

high end championship course with

plenty of water holes and mountain

views. There is also a nice

restaraunt called V’s Taproom in the

clubhourese which many of the

residents go to on a regular basis.
