There is no golf course inside the community, so CantaMia has a greater emphasis on their amenities and views.

CantaMia also benefits from being part of the larger Estrella community. While residents enjoy amenities reserved exclusively for CantaMia homeowners, they also have access to many of the parks, trails, lakes, restaurants, and community events that make Estrella one of the Phoenix area's most desirable master-planned communities.

CantaMia is located in the southern portion of Goodyear within the Estrella master-planned community.
