Community Overview

I do not have a ton to say on the community because I don't know too much about it yet! As of 2026, the amenities are not finished being built and only a handful of residents have moved in. The location is a bit on the outskirts, but it is tucked away into a smaller mountainside in north Peoria, so it does have a scenic landscape. 

The model homes are quite impressive with a luxury feel and some larger floor plans. The diagrams of the amenities seem to make it have a luxury hotel feel to them with a grand lobby, classy bar area, and a resort style book outside. 

HOA Fees:

• $452 - Monthly cost

• $6,000 - One time upfront fee (also called capital improvement, CARE fund, preservation fee, etc.)

1. Distance to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport: 50 minutes

2. Closest grocery store: 10 minutes

3. Nearest emergency room: 20 minutes

Located in North Peoria most of the daily items will be the smaller shopping centers within Vistancia, and a 20 minute drive will take you to a larger shopping center with things such as Home Depot, Target, and more restaurants at the Four Corners of Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley.

Like other Trilogy communities, Ridgecrest will be designed around an active, resort-inspired lifestyle.

Residents enjoy a modern clubhouse featuring a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, bocce ball, event lawns, gathering spaces, and areas designed for clubs, social events, and educational programs. The amenities encourage residents to stay active while also creating opportunities to build friendships with neighbors.

Fitness classes, hobby groups, wine tastings, community events, holiday celebrations, and numerous social activities help create an engaging lifestyle that's become a hallmark of Trilogy communities throughout Arizona.

One of the biggest advantages of buying into a newer community is that the amenities have been designed around today's active adult buyer rather than being adapted over time.

While it doesn't yet have the mature landscaping of older communities, that's part of the tradeoff—you get modern floor plans, today's design trends, and a community that's being built for the next generation of retirees. For buyers who value new construction, it's one of the most exciting communities to watch in Arizona.
