Leisure World is a gated 55+ community of 2,664 homes in Mesa, developed between 1972 and 1994 by a succession of builders including Western Savings, Rossmoor, and Dietz Crane Homes. The community accepts residents 45 and older provided 80% of the household population remains 55+.
